Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive product knowledge and surpassing client expectations.
- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance sales.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, communicating effectively with clients about industry trends and market insights.
- Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and maintaining a comfortable shopping environment.
- Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new potential clients.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's guidelines and maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse as per company policies.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
