Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
  • Enhance sales through clienteling activities, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to clients, building and strengthening client relationships.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and attract new prospects.
  • Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse as per company policies.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
