Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
  • Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs, proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance sales.
  • Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, communicating trends and market insights to customers.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring comfort.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
  • Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards as per company guidelines.
