Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
  • Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase sales.
  • Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury products, and communicate effectively with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring customer comfort.
  • Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing customers and identify potential new clients.
  • Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse according to company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Customer-centric service mindset with flexibility to adapt to diverse clientele.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High ethical standards and sense of responsibility.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in luxury, retail, fashion, or service industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in foreign languages is an advantage.
