Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive product knowledge and surpassing customer needs.
  • Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
  • Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building and strengthening relationships.
  • Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to maintain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
  • Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.

Qualifications
