Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and up-selling to increase sales.
  • Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring customer comfort.
  • Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing customers and identify new potential clients.
  • Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
