Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
- Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance sales.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights with customers, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by tailoring interactions to diverse customer styles and maintaining customer comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing customers and identify potential new clients.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
