Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand to clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Guide clients through the buying journey, providing expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
- Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
- Contribute to achieving set sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship building.
- Support store management in various operational tasks to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
