Role & Responsibilities

  • Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, showcasing product characteristics and trends.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values and enhancing the brand's image.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and fostering customer satisfaction.
  • Support store management in various sales channels including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in fashion or related field is preferred.
