Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand to clients, guiding them through every stage of the buying journey.
- Provide expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and current fashion trends.
- Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, ensuring a luxurious customer experience.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support store management activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and customer service excellence.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
