Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to Gucci's selling ceremony and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage to enhance customer interactions.
  • Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
  • Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
  • Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing clients and identify new potential customers.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
  • Promote open communication and collaboration within the team, offering constructive solutions.
  • Manage visual merchandising in line with Gucci's visual standards.
  • Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
