Role & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage to exceed customer expectations.
  • Facilitate cross and up-selling across all product categories.
  • Engage in discussions about fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
  • Monitor and update customer information using the company's CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
  • Promote open communication and collaboration with team members, offering constructive solutions.
  • Assist in managing the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
  • Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
  • Oversee product replenishment and inventory management.
