Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the first point of contact.
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs and aspirations, exceeding their expectations.
  • Develop a client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Utilize in-store technology to enhance the client experience.
  • Collect meaningful client information to tailor services to their preferences.
  • Provide insights on local lifestyle trends to add value to the client experience.
  • Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional client experiences through luxury gestures and product rituals.
  • Select products that match client needs and employ effective cross-selling and upselling techniques.
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for all transactions.
  • Guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Engage clients using storytelling and expert product knowledge.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activities.
  • Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventories.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
  • Process POS transactions accurately and ensure client information is captured correctly.
  • Maintain visual display standards according to Gucci's guidelines.
  • Follow company grooming guidelines and ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor.
  • Manage general store administration and functionality.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
  • High flexibility and adaptability to different clients and situations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
