Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued and at ease.
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs and aspirations, exceeding their expectations.
  • Develop a client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing ones.
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Collect meaningful client information to customize services.
  • Provide insights on local lifestyle trends to enhance the client experience.
  • Drive individual and collective sales results through effective monitoring of KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional client experiences focusing on hospitality and luxury gestures.
  • Use effective selling techniques to drive sales and maintain a client-centric attitude.
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective in all transactions.
  • Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Foster open communication with team members and propose effective solutions.
  • Engage clients using storytelling and expert product knowledge.
  • Attend trainings to gain insights on product knowledge.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors to offer the best solutions.

  • Participate in store operations such as stock maintenance and inventories.
  • Adhere to policies focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
  • Process all POS transactions accurately and ensure accurate capture of client information.

  • Follow company grooming guidelines and ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor.
  • Manage general store administration and functionality.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.

Experience
