Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service both in-store and remotely.
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Utilize in-store technology to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Collect and leverage client information to tailor services and enhance satisfaction.
  • Drive individual and collective sales results, maximizing selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Gucci products and fashion trends to provide expert advice.
  • Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance and visual merchandising.
  • Adhere to company policies with a focus on operational excellence and loss prevention.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
  • High degree of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Work authorization in the United States.

Experience
