Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales and customer targets by leveraging available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best-in-class service in line with hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
- Develop a local and international client base and seek to recruit and nurture top clients.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
