Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging available data and systems to understand performance and identify sales opportunities.
  • Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales.
  • Create an engaging and emotional client experience by offering best-in-class service and adhering to hospitality guidelines.
  • Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
  • Combine styling knowledge with product mix-and-match abilities to best serve clients.
  • Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
