Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs through effective utilization of data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Employ cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage and establish strong client relationships, ensuring clients feel valued upon entering the store.
- Utilize styling expertise to mix-and-match products, catering to client needs.
- Develop and expand both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or within the hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client development.
- Passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
