Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with exceptional service by adhering to the Gucci selling ceremony.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage to assist customers effectively.
  • Engage in cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
  • Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
  • Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, catering to diverse nationalities and personalities.
  • Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing and identify new high-potential customers.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business development.
  • Facilitate open communication with team members and propose effective solutions.
  • Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual standards.
  • Ensure store maintenance and optimal product levels on the sales floor, following corporate policies.
  • Oversee product replenishment and physical inventory management.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve individual and store sales results.
  • Deep passion for fashion and luxury products.

Skills

Excellent commercial awareness and customer service attitude. High flexibility and adaptability to diverse customer needs. Strong team-player mentality. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In-depth knowledge of luxury products. Fluency in Italian and English.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within the fashion retail sector is required.
