Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
  • Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and developments in the luxury market to advise clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Gucci's standards.
  • Maintain an organized stock room and adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach. Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
