Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
  • Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture meaningful customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
  • Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales or client requests.
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Uphold Gucci's visual display standards and maintain organized stock areas.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Team collaboration and effective communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs. Capability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
