Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
  • Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular contact and follow-up with clients.
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for fashion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain security standards within the store to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci standards.
  • Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
  • Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a customer service setting.
  • Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales results and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
