Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets monthly and seasonally, contributing to business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and utilize customer data effectively to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up on sales or requests.
  • Provide fashion and luxury market insights to clients, showcasing a passion for the industry.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure store security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Support visual merchandising by maintaining product displays in line with Gucci's visual standards.
  • Keep the stock room organized and adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results and building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
