Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the initial contact, whether in-store or remotely.
  • Deliver a personalized and client-centric experience to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Identify client needs and aspirations to create meaningful connections and exceed expectations.
  • Expand the client base by recruiting new clients and developing existing ones.
  • Utilize in-store technology to enhance the client experience.
  • Gather and analyze client information to tailor services to individual preferences.
  • Provide clients with insights on local lifestyle trends to enrich their experience.
  • Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
  • Offer exceptional client experiences through hospitality, luxury gestures, and product rituals.
  • Employ effective selling techniques to drive sales and maintain a client-centric approach.
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a unified client perspective across all transactions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster open communication and propose solutions.
  • Engage clients with storytelling and expert product knowledge to assist in purchasing decisions.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to provide optimal solutions to clients.
  • Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventory management.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
  • Process POS transactions accurately and maintain client information.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising according to Gucci standards.
  • Follow grooming guidelines and ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor.
  • Manage store administration and functionality.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
  • High flexibility and adaptability to different clients and situations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Experience
