Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the first interaction, whether in-store or remotely.
  • Deliver a personalized, client-centric experience to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Build rapport by understanding client needs and aspirations, exceeding their expectations through generosity and connection.
  • Develop and expand the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Utilize in-store technology to ensure a seamless and relevant client experience.
  • Collect and analyze client information to tailor services to their preferences.
  • Enhance the client's experience by providing insights into local lifestyle trends.
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
  • Provide an exceptional client experience through hospitality, luxury gestures, and product rituals.
  • Employ effective selling techniques in a warm and elevated manner to drive sales.
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create new selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for all transactions, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Guide clients to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members to propose effective solutions.
  • Engage clients with storytelling and expert product knowledge to assist in purchasing decisions.
  • Attend trainings to gain product insights and stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
  • Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm.
  • Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventories.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
  • Process POS transactions accurately and ensure proper client information capture.
  • Uphold visual display standards according to Gucci guidelines.
  • Follow company grooming standards and ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor.
  • Manage general store administration and functionality.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.

Skills

Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude. High flexibility and adaptability to different clients and situations. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
