Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, enhancing business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality customer service and sales.
  • Capture and maintain meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized client book for regular client contact and follow-up.
  • Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional customer experience and a positive work environment.
  • Maintain store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom and understock areas.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-focused with a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Experience

A minimum of three years of experience in luxury fashion sales, ideally in a similar role or customer service environment.
