Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
  • Advise customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring customer comfort and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing clients and identify new high-potential customers.
  • Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
  • Promote open and constructive communication within the team, offering collaborative and effective solutions.
  • Assist in managing product visual displays in line with Gucci's visual standards.
  • Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory checks.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
