Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Advise customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
- Monitor and update customer information using the company's CRM tools to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with team members, proposing solutions and supporting a positive team environment.
- Manage visual merchandising in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Oversee product replenishment and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service, particularly in fashion or luxury retail.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
