Role & Responsibilities

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage to meet customer needs.
- Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Engage with clients to discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
- Update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing clients and identify potential new customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals to enhance business growth.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering open communication and proposing solutions.
- Manage visual merchandising in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor according to corporate policies.
- Oversee product replenishment and inventory management.
- Adhere to company grooming standards in accordance with Gucci policies.
