Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to the Gucci selling ceremony and acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage to assist and exceed customer needs.
  • Engage in cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
  • Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
  • Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing and identify potential high-value customers.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals to enhance business growth.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration with team members to propose effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Gucci standards.
  • Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
  • Manage product replenishment and conduct physical inventory checks.
  • Adhere to Gucci grooming standards and policies.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results.
  • Deep passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and customer-focused attitude.
  • High flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs.
  • Team-player mentality with strong communication skills.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of luxury products.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
