Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
  • Advise customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring customer comfort.
  • Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
  • Ensure cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business development.
  • Foster open communication with team members, offering collaborative and effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Gucci standards.
  • Ensure product replenishment and manage physical inventory.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service, particularly in fashion, retail, or related fields.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
