Role & Responsibilities

• Provide high-level, dedicated consultation and optimal customer service, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Offer advice and insights on general fashion trends and developments within the luxury market.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on customer retention and service-oriented engagement.
• Capture significant customer data using company CRM tools to maintain contact, build relationships, and personalize future client development opportunities.
• Ensure the optimal presentation of the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion/luxury is advantageous.
• Strong enthusiasm for interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent customer and service orientation.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to successfully close sales conversations.
• Enjoy working in an international and familial team environment.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its associated products.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Affinity for a digital environment.
