Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, dedicated customer service and support to clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Offer insights and advice on fashion trends and developments within the luxury market.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with repeat customers, enhancing customer loyalty.
- Utilize CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data, fostering personalized customer engagement and future development opportunities.
- Ensure optimal presentation of the sales floor, aligning with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion/luxury is advantageous.
- Strong enthusiasm for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Proven sales acumen with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Enjoyment of working within an international and familial team environment.
- Strong understanding of the luxury segment and its products.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Affinity for digital environments.
