Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction, Units Per Transaction, Average Unit Retail, Cross Selling, and Conversion.
  • Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and personalized service.
  • Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with Gucci Service Standards, including proactive follow-up on client inquiries and after-sales services.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous learning and training to maintain product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers and new arrivals.
  • Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as required.
  • Utilize company tools and applications effectively and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Participate actively in company platforms and comply with Gucci and Kering policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within high-volume retail or luxury service industries.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on sales and exceeding KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.

Skills

Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new technologies. Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury retail or service industry is preferred.
