Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and client loyalty.
  • Stay informed on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail or a high-end customer service environment is required.

Education

A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
