Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion and the Gucci brand.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong sales acumen and customer-oriented approach.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail or customer service role is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
