Role & Responsibilities

- Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by offering tailored advice and product recommendations.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are upheld to reflect the brand's luxury image.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are an asset.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a customer service role within the fashion industry.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or business is preferred.
