Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales objectives and assigned duties.
- Deliver professional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Expand the customer database by capturing comprehensive customer information.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues across all levels.
- Monitor and maintain window displays as required.
- Display merchandise following company guidelines, ensuring all items are properly priced, labeled, signed, and in good condition.
- Manage stock and inventory effectively.
- Conduct daily stock counts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store in all aspects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales or customer service is required.
