Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales objectives and assigned duties.
- Provide professional customer service and foster strong customer relationships.
- Expand the customer database by capturing comprehensive customer information.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Monitor and maintain window displays as needed.
- Display merchandise according to company guidelines, ensuring all items are priced, labeled, signed, and in good condition.
- Manage stock and inventory efficiently.
- Perform daily stock counts accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly within the luxury fashion sector, is preferred.
