Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and utilize meaningful customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
  • Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales or client requests.
  • Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing passion for fashion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
  • Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
  • Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Experience

3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
