Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalised, elevated luxury client experience by building authentic, long-term relationships and acting as a trusted brand ambassador.
  • Provide expert styling and curated wardrobe solutions across womenswear and menswear, creating versatile, timeless looks tailored to each client.
  • Translate contemporary fashion trends and culture into compelling, client-relevant proposals and product recommendations.
  • Drive individual sales performance by meeting and exceeding KPI targets through a commercial and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio, maximising opportunities via effective use of clienteling tools and proactive outreach.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to foster a positive team environment and contribute to collective store success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high-quality client-service environments, preferably within fashion, luxury retail, accessories or luxury hospitality.
  • Demonstrable fashion sensibility and genuine passion for styling and fashion culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish lasting client connections.
  • Collaborative team player with strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands.
  • Willingness to work a retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience
