Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by utilizing data and systems to understand performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
- Combine styling knowledge with product mix-and-match abilities to best serve clients.
- Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
