Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, providing exceptional service in line with hospitality guidelines.
- Proactively engage with clients, establishing strong relationships and making clients feel valued upon entering the store.
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to effectively serve clients.
- Develop and expand a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and in-depth knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
