Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by utilizing data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to effectively serve clients.
- Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or in hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
