Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales and customer targets by leveraging available data and systems to understand performance and sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
- Develop a local and international client base and seek to recruit and nurture top clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing clients.
- Passion for and sound knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends as needed.

Some experience in high-end fashion or hospitality is required, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
