Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, delivering exceptional service in line with hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage with clients, establishing strong relationships to make them feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Combine styling expertise with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve clients.
- Develop both local and international client bases, actively seeking to recruit and nurture top clients.
Qualifications
- Some experience working in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed.
