Role & Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships and deliver exceptional service both in-store and remotely.
- Provide a personalized, client-centric experience to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
- Utilize in-store technology to ensure a seamless and relevant client experience.
- Collect and analyze client information to tailor services to individual preferences.
- Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create new selling opportunities.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for all transactions, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Utilize expert product knowledge and storytelling to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventory.
- Adhere to policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
