Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience both in-store and remotely.
  • Drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty through exceptional client-centric service.
  • Expand and maintain a robust client base by recruiting new clients and developing existing ones.
  • Utilize in-store technology to optimize the client experience and gather meaningful client insights.
  • Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge to assist clients in informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieve individual and collective sales targets by maximizing selling opportunities.
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
  • Adhere to Gucci's visual standards and operational procedures, including stock maintenance and POS transactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • High degree of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Deep passion for fashion and luxury, with excellent commercial awareness.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to diverse clients and complex situations. Proficiency in leveraging technology for client engagement. Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience

A minimum of two years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service setting is required.
