Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Gucci ambassador by delivering personalised, best‑in‑class service across in‑store and remote channels to deepen client relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Proactively recruit and develop a client base through face‑to‑face and virtual appointments; leverage client insights to tailor recommendations and create repeat business.
- Drive individual and store sales targets by applying effective selling techniques, cross‑selling and upselling, and promoting virtual/distance selling opportunities.
- Communicate product storytelling and styling advice with expert product knowledge to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Accurately process all POS transactions and ensure precise capture of client data and CRM-related information.
- Maintain store operational excellence including stock maintenance, inventories, visual merchandising according to Gucci standards, and adherence to loss‑prevention policies.
- Uphold Gucci grooming and presentation standards and contribute constructively to team communication and collaborative problem solving.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long‑term client relationships and deliver a high level of client hospitality.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability and flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- High degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness, resilience and the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of direct luxury fashion retail or client advisory experience, with a proven record of driving individual and store sales results and cultivating high‑value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education (e.g., BA in Fashion, Retail or Business) is a plus but not required.
