Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets consistently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality customer service and sales.
  • Capture and utilize meaningful customer data for relationship building and client development.
  • Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client inquiries.
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for the industry.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci standards.
  • Maintain a neat and organized stockroom.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
